FlowerSong Press is seeking full-length manuscripts across all genres in our upcoming submission window

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

Submission Window: January-March and July-September

Guidelines: 

  • Seeking full-length poetry (50-100 pages), fiction, and creative nonfiction manuscripts between January-March 2026

  • For Poetry Submissions: Manuscripts should be about 50-100 pages in length. No more than one poem per page. (Multi-page poems are welcome.) Individual poems that have been published elsewhere may be included in the collection, but the collection as a whole may not be previously published.

  • Submit as a .pdf, .docx, or .doc file format via Duotrope only. Please do not submit manuscripts via email.

  • Please include a table of contents, title page, and page numbers.

  • Do not include an acknowledgments page.

  • We welcome manuscripts in English, Spanish, and/or Spanglish (Spanish/English) from writers of any citizenship.

  • Simultaneous submissions are acceptable. Please notify us immediately by withdrawing the manuscript via Duotrope if the manuscript is accepted elsewhere.
